We hold individual performance reviews at least once a year, and we give existing employees with the right experience the first opportunity to fill new vacancies as and when they arise. Wherever possible we also offer the chance to transfer between sections and departments - so just as you'll be helping to shape our future, we'll be helping to shape yours

Support for beginners

Everyone who joins the organisation receives a Group-wide induction, and we make certain that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake their roles. What's more, our team leaders are dedicated to the ongoing personal development of their staff. Using our advanced performance development techniques, they encourage everyone to succeed in their roles and make the most of their abilities.

Learning you control

We'll always encourage you to take ownership of your learning, but that's not to say you won't get full backing from your manager. We run specialist and generalist courses, using leading-edge technical and developmental training facilities that give you the chance to study anything from computers to telecoms, from shorthand to an MBA. In fact, anything that supports the business in achieving its goals. You'll also get free access to a wide range of materials in our Learning Resources Centre, including books, videos, CD-ROMs and audiocassettes.
